For your dinner celebration, our onsite restaurant the Big Sur Roadhouse offers two options:
Back Patio and Full Restaurant
The Back Patio is a cozy outdoor terrace high above the river beneath market string lights, with firepits, a brick floor and trellis vines adorning the walls, which can accommodate a maximum of 50 total people.
A Full Restaurant reception includes our Back Patio as well as the restaurant interior with a copper fireplace and sleek mid-century modern décor as well as a Front Patio with additional seating, and can accommodate groups of up to 100. An adjacent outdoor Garden Lot is recommended as an add-on to Full Restaurant events to provide extra space for larger events of 70-100 people.
The Big Sur Roadhouse is not open to the public for dinner, and does not provide catering. All private dinner events must bring in an outside caterer, who will have access to our full commercial kitchen. The Roadhouse provides in-house bartending service for all private events; there is no beverage minimum and payment is based upon consumption. Roadhouse event hours are 5:30 – 10:00pm.
