The River View cabin is a spacious one-bedroom cabin with a full kitchen nestled beneath the redwoods at the edge of the forest by the river. River View is one side of a duplex with a private entrance and patio, and has one shared wall (with Forest View).

The cabin has a separate bedroom with a platform King bed, modern wood dresser, fiberglass-shell chair, and small closet for storage and hanging clothes . A seating area in the living room features a couch, two comfortable chairs, and a rustic handmade coffee table. An electric wall-mounted fireplace in the seating area provides ambience above a dresser-style credenza with drawers for storage.

A half-wall with countertop and fiberglass-shell barstools separates the living room from the full modern kitchen, with a large stainless steel refrigerator, 4-burner gas range and oven, and a vintage-style microwave. The living area and bedroom have cork floors throughout. The bathroom features bright blue penny-tile floors with radiant heat, a roomy walk-in shower, and a natural redwood-slab counter with a large oval ceramic sink.

Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the wide covered porch in front of the custom-forged firepit, stocked daily with complimentary firewood, and enjoy the sound of the Big Sur River flowing by below your own small grassy lawn beneath the redwoods.
