The Cottage is a stand-alone one-bedroom cottage in the oak forest, with a wood-plank deck that wraps around two sides of the building under the trees.

The living room has seating for two in front of the glass-front cast-iron gas fireplace. The cozy full kitchen has an enamel sink and countertop, a modern stainless gas range and oven, and retro-style microwave and compact refrigerator.

The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, two nightstands, and a bench, along with a vintage-style mirror dresser and a closet for more storage and hanging clothes.

The bathroom has heated floors and a traditional bathtub/shower combo with modern chrome fixtures. There are two chairs and a rustic end table on the deck for outdoor relaxation.
